Fishermen's Offshore New JerSEy

In 2008, Fishermen’s Energy responded to a solicitation issued by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities for “Proposals to Develop Off-Shore Wind Renewable Energy Facilities Supplying Electricity to the Distribution System Serving New Jersey".  Fishermen’s Energy’s proposal included a unique two-phase approach, the first phase a 20MW project in New Jersey State Waters (now 25MW) followed by a 330MW utility scale project in Federal Waters, for the second phase.

In 2011, Fishermen’s Energy responded to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (“BOEM”) Call for Information and Nominations (“CFI”) for the Commercial Leasing for Wind Power on the Outer Continental Shelf Offshore New Jersey.
